 Making disciples through teaching and baptism, while nurturing and empowering them to Serve, Sacrifice, and Surrender all to Christ by Accepting, Loving, and mentoring others to experience Christ in practical ways through the power of the Holy Spirit. Galatians 5:13, 14

                                               Practical Action Steps

 

To understand and agree that true forgiveness is a gift from God, given in order to freely and immediately be offered to others to administer reconciliation and restoration. Col. 1:13-15; 2 Cor 5:17-19

To enable and engender an atmosphere of love through intentional and practical acts of service, acceptance and involvement. Luke 22:25-27

The leaders and members of Campostella are required to continuously demonstrate wisdom and advocate for fairness, integrity, relevancy, efficiency, transparency and to engender a ministry of collaborative leadership and not lordship. Ps. 133:1; Eph. 4:2-4

To maintain a positive attitude and to speak words of positivity and encouragement. Phil. 4:8; 1 Thess. 5:11

Every member to identify his or her spiritual gift(s) and to work within the liberty of that gift(s). 1 Cor. 14:12

Pray about everything and anything, no matter how large or how small. 1 Thess. 5:17

In Humility, confess your faults one to another and apologize when you have done something wrong or unacceptable. James 5:16; 1 Pet. 5:6

Cross-generational synergy to accomplish the great commission in and outside the church. The experience of the aged and the energy and vitality, creativity of the youth working in unity to tear down the kingdom of Satan. 1 Pet. 5:4-6

To submit to the Holy Spirit and allow Him to make changes in our lives on an individual basis and to avoid strongly urging or demanding that others adhere to one person’s strict observance of rules or regulations. Col. 2:20-23 see NRSV

To responsibly uphold moral accountability and mutual respect by carrying out practical acts of kindness gauged by the love of Christ. Eph. 4:29-31; Prov. 10:9

To empower our youth to express themselves without quenching their God giftedness and to provide intentional opportunities of training, mentoring and growth within the body of Christ, while demonstrating those qualities within their respective areas influence. 1 Tim. 4:12; Prov. 22:6

To demonstrate gracious acceptance and love to all of God’s children without prejudice; love the sinner as Christ loves us and let God deal with the sin. Phil. 2:2-4; James 2:1-9

To be open-hearted and open-minded in methodology to reach the lost and grow beyond our past church experiences trusting that the body of Christ evolves from generation to generation. 1 Cor. 9:19-23

To deliberately impact the community in mission and create opportunities to physically connect and interact with the community at large. Hebrews 10:24a (provoke unto good works)

To cultivate and nurture healthy disciples emotionally, mentally, and spiritually through professional counseling opportunities, i.e, seminars and training. Matthew 28:19, 20

Incorporation of much more prayer into the worship experience; Intentional Prayer & Fasting Ministry. Isa. 56:6-8; Daniel 9:2-4

To cheerfully model and encourage each other to support the infrastructure of the church through relevant benevolent giving and faithfully returning tithe at each personal payment interval. 2 Cor. 9:7; Mal. 3:7-10; 2 Cor. 8:6
